Our Care Servces

Specialist dementia care, coming to Manor House

Manor House will offer the same person-centred, specialist dementia care that Hale Place has been quietly perfecting since 1988. A small, carefully staffed home, built around the belief that people with dementia deserve real life, not just real care. When the doors open, families will find the same warm welcome, the same honest conversations, and the same commitment to small, happy moments that defines every Hale Place home.

Specialist Dementia Care

Personalised support for people living with all forms of dementia, in a calm, familiar, home-from-home environment.

Residential Care

Everyday support with warmth and dignity, so your loved one can live as freely as possible.

Respite Care

A planned short stay that gives families breathing space and loved ones a warm, settled place to rest.

Manor House

How we'll support our residents

Everything at Manor House will be built around the person — not the routine. Before anyone moves in, we take time to understand what matters: what brings them comfort, what makes them smile, what helps them feel settled. Then we build their days around those things. Our team will carry the same values that have made Hale Place one of England's most recognised dementia care providers. Long-serving staff who know their residents deeply. Open communication that keeps families genuinely close to what's going on. And a culture that measures success not in tasks completed, but in moments of real joy.

Registered Manager

Danielle has been part of the Hale Place family since 2009, working her way from night carer to senior carer, deputy manager, and Registered Manager — a journey that reflects exactly the kind of people we're proud to have leading our home. She holds a Postgraduate Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and brings a quiet determination to everything she does: high standards, genuine warmth, and an unshakeable focus on making life better for every person in her care.

Care Homes

Our homely facilities

Manor House is a Grade II* listed building — a late 16th-century manor house in the village of Hunton, set in the Kent countryside. It's a genuinely beautiful place, and we've worked carefully to restore and adapt it so it feels exactly as it should: like a real home, not a care facility. Inside, you'll find calm, comfortable spaces with the kind of character you can't manufacture. Original features sit alongside everything your loved one needs to feel settled, safe and at ease.

11 Bedrooms

9 single rooms and 2 companion rooms, all personalised to feel like your own space.

Beautiful Gardens

Well-kept gardens that regularly surprise first-time visitors — open to residents whenever they'd like to step outside.

Pet Frendly

Animals are part of life at Hale Place, and residents love it.

Transport and Outings

Our own minibus means life doesn't stop at our front door. Boat trips, garden centres, bowling, cafe visits
