A real home from home for people living with dementia — warm, familiar, and full of small, happy moments.

Every person who comes to live at Farm House is met with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine wish to understand what makes them happy. Our specialist care is built around that.
Expert, person-centred support for people living with mild, moderate, or advanced dementia — in an environment designed to feel like home, not a care facility.
Caring, attentive support with day-to-day living, delivered with dignity and genuine kindness — so your loved one can focus on living, not just being looked after.
Short-term stays that feel as warm and settled as a permanent move. A proper rest for families, and a genuinely enjoyable experience for your loved one.
A welcoming place to spend the day — with great company, activities, a lovely meal, and a team that will quickly feel like old friends.
Danielle has been part of the Hale Place family since 2009, working her way from night carer to senior carer, deputy manager, and Registered Manager — a journey that reflects exactly the kind of people we're proud to have leading our home. She holds a Postgraduate Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and brings a quiet determination to everything she does: high standards, genuine warmth, and an unshakeable focus on making life better for every person in her care.

Farm House is a single-storey home with 11 rooms — 9 single and 2 companion rooms — set in the village of East Peckham, Kent. Families regularly tell us the same thing when they first visit: it doesn't feel like a care home. That's exactly what we've worked for.
