At Farm House, we've been supporting people living with dementia since 1988. Over more than three decades, we've built a way of caring that goes well beyond the basics — one that starts with getting to know each person properly. What they love. What unsettles them. What makes them smile. Our home is set up to feel like exactly that — a home. There's no institutional layout, no clinical corridors. Residents move freely, go outside when they want to, keep their own furniture, and live their days with as much independence and dignity as possible. We reduce restrictions rather than add them, because we believe freedom and safety can go hand in hand. Our team has been at the heart of this place for years — many of them for well over a decade. That continuity matters. Residents know who's coming through the door. Families know who to call. And every single person on our team genuinely loves what they do. We measure a good day not in tasks completed, but in small, happy moments — a laugh over breakfast, a walk in the garden, a song that sparks a memory. That's what we look for, all day, every day.
